Martin Martin
Jean-Pierre Brouillaud

Martin Martin isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer. He’s been in the rat race for years. A proofreader for Genius Publications, a self-publishing house, he lives a peaceful enough existence, dividing his time between a job with no responsibility, his wife, Wenaelle, an artist with a high opinion of herself, and his mother, a not very warm woman, with whom he dutifully has lunch with every Thursday.
Then one day, at the butcher’s shop, Martin Martin notices something odd: Mrs. Buie, a steady and quiet customer, starts ranting that the steak she bought the day before was too tough to eat, as usual.
Going from one surprise to the next, Martin Martin gradually realizes that everyone is finally saying what they really think out loud.
He is going to take advantage of this crazy day, with people blowing up all over the place, to learn more about himself…

What if everyone suddenly started saying what they really thought?
