Alain Labbé

• Alain Labbé set sail with Eric Tabarly in 1974. He spent 12 years sailing, both solo and as part of a crew, most notably with Olivier de Kersauson. After two round-the-world races and two Atlantic crossings, he settled down in 1999 to grow strawberries in Plougastel. The Strawberry Boat is his first book.
