Mireille Delmas-Marty
  • Mireille Delmas-Marty is a jurist and an emeritus professor at the Collège de France, where she holds the Comparative Legal Studies and Internationalization of Law chair. She is also a member of the Academy of Moral and Political Sciences. Her work, which involves academics, diplomats and both constitutional and international judges, focuses on the internationalization of law, particularly insofar as it concerns human rights (social justice, for example), and economic (competition) and environmental (climate quality) rights. She has written a large number of books and is frequently called upon to contribute to public debate.
