Odile Decamps
  • Henri Décamps is Research Director Emeritus at the CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research). In 1980, he began to focus his research on the ecology of fluvial landscapes, and from 1991 to 1996, he chaired the International Association for Landscape Ecology – IALE. Corresponding Member of the French Academy of Sciences and of the French Academy of Agriculture) he is also an honorary member of the Ecological Society of America. He also chairs the forest ecosystems public-interest group, and is co-editor of the inter-disciplinary research and debate publication Natures Sciences Sociétés
    Odile Décamps, assistant professor at University Paul Sabatier – Toulouse 3, was a plant biology and ecology fellow at that university, in addition to being in charge of biology instruction for first-year students until 2000. Her research has been dedicated in part to the dynamics of riverbank plant communities
