Pierre Hermé
  • Heir to four generations of Alsatian bakers and pastry chefs, Pierre Hermé arrived in Paris at the age of 14 to apprentice at the house of Lenôtre. His desire to learn opened many doors. He continued his path with many other great names, including Fauchon. In 1997, he founded Maison Pierre Hermé Paris.
 Thanks to the TV shows Top Chef and Le Meilleur Pâtissier (The Best Pastry Chef), he soon became a household name.
