Pierre-Emmanuel Begny

• Pierre-Emmanuel Bégny, 35, has been mayor of Saâcy sur Marne since 2014; it is his first term. Prior to that, he worked at the Grande Récré toy-store chain and for different ministerial cabinets. He is the vice-President of the conurbation of Coulommiers.
