Pavel Spiridonov

• Born in Saint Petersburg in 1976, Pavel Spiridonov now lives in Lausanne. He has always been fascinated by cooking, and published his first book on the topic, La Cuisine de ma mère (My Mother’s Cooking), at Editions Minerva in 2007.

  A Franco-Swiss photographer born in 1985, Nicolas Delaroche studied at the Cantonal School of Art in Lausanne, and finished a Master’s degree in contemporary art at the Advanced School of Art in Bern (Switzerland). His work has been shown frequently in many countries, including recent exhibits in Chine and Macau.
