Christian Ganachaud

• Christian Ganachaud, born in 1958, lives in Paris. He worked for years as a nurse at Sainte-Anne, a mental institution. His first novel, La Chambre (1997), was warmly received by critics. Has written a dozen books in a variety of genres: poetry, narratives, novels… Through hallucinatory writing that is both blank and baroque, he is searching for the meaning of life.
