Dr Jean-Michel Lecerf

• Dr. Jean-Michel Lecerf, a specialist in endocrinology and metabolic diseases (diabetes, cholesterol and obesity), has been focusing on nutrition for 30 years. He currently runs the nutrition department of the Pasteur Institute of Lille. He has written a great number of scientific publications as well as several books for the general public.
